1.谁知道他会来。Who would have imagined he'd come.
2.我没带伞,谁知道突然下起了暴雨。I didn't bring an umbrella; who would have known it would suddenly start pouring.
3.他平时很低调,谁知道这次竟拿了冠军。He's usually low-key; who would have guessed he'd actually win the championship this time.
他到底在想什么,谁知道呢。God only knows what he's thinking.
MyCidian is a free, web-based Chinese-English dictionary designed for native English speakers.
MyCidian is heavily inspired by Jisho.org, my favorite Japanese dictionary website. One of my biggest priorities when designing MyCidian was convenience. I wanted looking up a word to be quick, simple, and actually useful for someone who is learning Chinese.
This project is still ongoing and will only get better. It's free and staying that way. Web only, with no app planned. Ad-free for now; if that ever changes, signing in will remove them.
